CANCELLATION POLICY

Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

COD Orders

Repeated cancellations of COD orders may result in COD restrictions on future purchases.
